Shipping Policy
Currency
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Turnaround
All orders are printed and shipped within 5-7 standard business days (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays). We will notify you of a suggested arrival time on dispatch of your order.
Carriers
We have negotiated excellent rates with carriers for all global destinations. We use these preferred suppliers to keep your delivery charges low.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all International shipping and the Express service within Australia. We will update your order with the tracking information once your goods have been dispatched. It is then your responsibility to follow the progress of your delivery.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the tracking reference number supplied to you.
Missing Orders
In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact us and provide your name, order number, tracking and shipping details and we will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, we will replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will then have a chance to discard your order. All Rack Your Tech processing and handling fees are already included in your checkout price.
Taxes and Duty
Rack Your Tech is Australia based and as such charges GST on purchases made in Australia. No GST is charged on goods being purchased by clients in other countries. However please be aware that if living outside Australia your own country might have taxes such as VAT and import duties that you may have to pay when receiving goods. Most countries charge minimal or zero Duty on small value imports but some do have a goods tax. In any case Rack Your Tech is not able or qualified to give advice on costs for importing into countries outside Australia and it is your responsibility as a buyer to check all costs before confirming your order.
Backorders
Our online shopping system will only allow an order to be accepted if stock is on hand to complete and despatch it. This ensures you get what you know you have ordered in some definite time. If you do want extra items, please contact us by email and we will specifically work towards fulfilling your requirements.
